Is the card payment safe through the website?
Card payments are made through the RedSys platform. We do not store your credit card details or charge without your consent. RedSys guarantees the confidentiality of your data and the security of the transaction. You can visit the portal here . In the event that you choose to pay by bank transfer. Your reservation will be pending confirmation until we verify the income in our account. Once verified, within a period of no more than 3 days, we will send you an email with the payment and reservation confirmation.
How is the reservation guaranteed?
Once the card payment has been made or the receipt of the transfer is confirmed, you will receive an email with the reservation details, the amount and a locator. That email and the invoice that we will send later, guarantee the payment of the stay.
Is it compulsory to pay the bail?
Yes. Once your stay is over, it will be returned as long as no damage has been caused to the facilities. The return period is 7 to 10 days after departure.
Is it compulsory top pay the cleaning fee?
Yes. The cleaning is paid by the client and we take care of it. There will be a cleaning at the entrance to the Villa and another at the exit.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, although with conditions. If the cancellation occurs 20 or more days before arrival, 100% of the reservation will be refunded. If it occurs 5 days or less before arrival, 70% of the reservation will be refunded. Although taking into account the current situation due to COVID-19, in the event of border closure or inability to travel, 100% of the amount will be refunded regardless of the time of cancellation.
