It has several living rooms surrounded by curved windows facing the sea, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms (see below for the distribution of beds), 5 bathrooms and an additional toilet, so the villa can comfortably accommodate 10 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, jacuzzi, pool table, gym equipment, sauna, fireplace and the possibility of adding children's furniture. One of the main attractions of the house is, without a doubt, the beautiful 1000 m2 outdoor area with its 68 m2 infinity pool that seems to melt into the blue of the sea. In addition, thanks to the location of the house on the steep cliffs, all the terraces, lounges and dining and living areas have impressive panoramic views over the sea.

The house was designed as a privileged corner to find well-being and tranquility in an incomparable setting on the island. All services outside the house such as restaurant, supermarket, church, pharmacy etc. You will find them, just 850 m. in the town of Sauzal.

Outdoor and more adventurous guests will enjoy the many surrounding hiking trails and the Villa's viewpoint.

Inside the house there are enough parking spaces for three cars and a garage available. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Babysitting and occasional cleaning can be arranged on request.
